How do I order a painting?
That is easy. Use the quotation form on the home page or under the quotation link. Fill out the form with your personal details and desired painting information. Choose the size of the painting and add if necessary your comment or special wishes. Click the send button. As soon as we receive your request we will send you our quotation by e-mail. If you agree with our quotation you can confirm this by replying our quotation by e-mail.

How do I pay my painting?
You can pay safe online withh Paypal. You can pay by using your paypal credit, by bank transfer or by credit card. We will give you the payment instruction by e-mail.

How long does it take before I receive my painting?
We will do our best to deliver your painting as soon as possible. Our estimation is around 14 working days after ordering. But it will also depend to wich country we ship the painting.

Why does it take 14 days before I receive my painting?
The deliver time is an estimation. All paintings are hand painted. Each painting is different is size and difficulty. And we have to wait until the painting is totally dry before we ship it.

Are the paintings really hand painted?
You can find a lot of website’s on internet that offer replica paintings. Those companies print your picture on canvas. We do not print the canvas, we paint it by hand. We do that with paint. So if you order your painting you receive a real painting, not a picture printed on canvas.

Do you paint the replica’s yourself?
A lot of companies will deliver paintings that are made in Asian countries. We difference ourselves from these companies by painting ourselves. It is important for us to deliver a good quality painting. We are very critical on good quality material and service. Big production is not important for us, this would be a negative influence on the quality.

Do I receive the painting framed?
We deliver your painting on wooden stretchers. We also paint the sides of the painting so ready to be hanged. Framing is optional.

Are taxes and shipping included in the price?
All prices on our website and in our quotations are inclusive TAX (19%) and shipping.

How do I know if I will like my painting?
When finished we will e-mail you a picture of the result. Only when you are satisfied with the result the painting will be send.
